  - Friday, July 24: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Numbers handed out at 7:00 AM only)
  - Saturday, July 25: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  - Sunday, July 26: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Discount day!)

Location & Parking:
The estate is located off Franklin and Five Mile Roads in Boise. The full address will be posted this Thursday on Facebook and our website.
Please note that the home sits back on a short lane with no general parking available near the house. Access to the lane is strictly for picking up heavy furniture. General parking is limited to El Blanco and Stardust Roads. A map layout of the property will be posted for parking purposes. Please be courteous and do not block neighbors' driveways.

Come shop this amazing 5,800 sq. ft. 1977 home. It is filled top to bottom across two floors, featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 living spaces, 3 fireplaces, a man cave, and an extra-large room dedicated to holiday decor.

  - Furniture: Vintage wicker bar cart, plaid cabin-style sofa and loveseat, mid-century modern items, roll-top desks, French Provincial furniture, a Stanley Victorian French dresser hutch, two Stanley End tables, leather sofas, curio and display cabinets, and several bedroom sets.
  - Decor & Collectibles: Two Ridgeway grandfather clocks, German wall clock, Baroque mirrors, Hollywood Regency style pieces, vintage art, taxidermy (bear, fox, coyote, Mallard, and Goose), Indian dolls, and an LDS library and art collection.
  - Kitchen & Household: Mikasa dinnerware, cookware, glassware, vintage Wheat Pyrex, small appliances, an upright freezer, canning jars, and 5 closets filled with women's clothing (petite small-medium) and shoes (size 6).

Important Details:

  - Payment: We accept cash, checks from local banks, and all major credit cards (a 3% Square fee applies to all credit card transactions).
  - Loading: Please bring help to load heavier items. You are also welcome to bring your own bags or boxes to transport your items.

Come early, as it will be a very warm weekend! Come Friday for the best selection, Saturday for a second look, and Sunday for final discounts.
