Sale Details & Guidelines:
  - Payment: We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards (a 3% fee applies to Square credit card transactions).
  - Heavy Items: Please bring assistance to load large or heavy purchases.
  - Parking & Navigation: Neighborhood parking is limited; some street and lot parking is available. The condo spans three floors with three flights of stairs. If you have difficulty with stairs, we recommend staying on the main floor. The entrance will be on the 2nd floor, and cashiers will be located in the lower-level garage area where you will exit.
  - Safety: No wheelchairs, strollers, or unattended small children, please.
We are also booking into the winter now and 2027.  If you anticipate a potential estate/downsizing sale in your future, reach soon to schedule an appointment (free) to reserve your dates for 2027.
